Marline Weber is a lawyer in public and environmental law. She works as the Legal and European affairs officer at the National Institute for Circular Economy.
Among its projects, she launch a Green deal on circular procurement, aimed at integrating the circular economy into the purchases of public and private actors. She also coordinates the Institute’s proposals within the circular roadmap and the bill on circular economy.
The National Institute for Circular Economy is the reference and influential organization around ecological intelligence and resource economics in France. The Institute is composed of 200 members : companies, local authorities, associations and universities. Its mission is to bring together all public and private actors to promote the circular economy and accelerate its development.
