Janez Potočnik

Co-chair of the IRP and former European Commissioner for Environment, Slovenia

Mr Potočnik is co-chair of the UN’s International Resource Panel and a former European Commissioner for the Environment. He has held many important positions and has extensive experience in the realm of the environment, economics, and European Affairs. In September 2013 he received the United Nations Champions of the Earth Award.
